Suggestions for improvement
- Make your people even more of a priority even when you have to deliver not favorable news to them. Keep them in the loop and treat them the way that you would like to be treated professionally. Recognize that when you are in a prime position to find work for a person, you have a direct impact on their lives. And no communication is equivalent to not caring about their future.
