Suggestions for improvement
- While I approve of promoting from within, I feel further training should be given to new supervisors on communication and effecient management styles.
What I like about the company
The training is extensive and paid, good pay with opportunities for pay increases in advancement. Almost always promote from within. Facilities are exceptionally taken care of and incredibly modern.
What I dislike about the company
The downside to promoting from within is sometimes people are promoted to positions they don't qualify for, which results in poor management. You are often treated solely as a number and feel you are always disposable. Years of good service are not sufficient if you make a mistake tomorrow. The strictness of the professionalism (while some do thrive in it) can make you feel dehumanized.
