Extensive training program, but very little learning after that. Very repetitive. Few opportunities for advancement.
Suggestions for improvement
- Changes in management and work scheduling. Give employees more opportunities to express themselves and their opinions rather than just sitting and following a script for hours. More opportunities for advancement or learning.
What I like about the company
Completing all skill sets. When you get to actually help someone in an actual emergency.
What I dislike about the company
Recent changes in management have made productivity and numbers more of a label of employee success rather than customer service.
