Extensive training program, but very little learning after that. Very repetitive. Few opportunities for advancement.
What I like
Completing all skill sets. When you get to actually help someone in an actual emergency.
What I dislike
Recent changes in management have made productivity and numbers more of a label of employee success rather than customer service.
Suggestions for improvement
Changes in management and work scheduling. Give employees more opportunities to express themselves and their opinions rather than just sitting and following a script for hours. More opportunities for advancement or learning.
