Suggestions for improvement
- Sales environments impact salespeople by creating rifts between them over he said/she said situations. This animosity can be toxic to relationships and work environments, and this company is no exception. At times these conflicts can get out of the control of management, but while that can be frustrating and add stress to the job, leadership makes a truly concerted effort to maintain decorum in the showroom and office environments by giving people the opportunity to voice concerns and air grievances
What I like about the company
I have learned a wide variety of sales techniques, and have been given the chance to learn other things to help myself improve as I see fit (such as independently seeking information from vendors or coworkers about interior design and available products). Strong bonds are created and encouraged amongst coworkers, and a very strong mutually respectful relationship between managers and employees is always a top priority.
