- Creation of a system to identify assets in terms of personnel, placement of personnel in company to match talent, not connections. Key people in key position for maximum production outcomes.

What I dislike about the company
Managers don't align with culture set by owners, lack of professionalism by management staff, Procedures and Policies, Seem to operate on a system that burns through staff at alarming rate in terms of scheduling.
