MGT was great working to find solutions to most issues when identified.
This was the biggest complaint I had. There was minimal mentoring going on for me personally.
Dependant on contract wins.
Suggestions for improvement
- Allow the people to actually write employee reviews decide if the employee greatly exceeds expectation without interfearance. In many cases senior leadership would modify this due to metrics not due to a valid reason other than pure numbers even when there was supporting documentation showing the employee did far exceed expecations.
