Suggestions for improvement
- Making employees feel disposable is not going to improve quarter to quarter growth in the long term. Value the people you have, not the people you wish you had.
The work matters not only for the bottom line but form the end the user - the warfighter.
Dinosaurs in the workplace - old ways of doing business and lack of understanding the new paradigm of business i.e. we are very slow to adapt to change. Compensation is lagging compared to the rest of industry. Job moves from California to Texas & Mississippi is a big concern.
