RCG, the place you can call home
What I like
During my time at RCG, I have observed that we have similar professional backgrounds and we’re all dedicated to the highest levels of client work, but we’re equally committed to the diversity of backgrounds and ideas we each bring to the table. We value inclusion, teamwork, intellectual curiosity, and mutual support. Because we don’t travel for work, we have more time to cultivate meaningful relationships.
What I dislike
Even though our people come from diverse backgrounds, they all share a common drive and passion for what they do – on and off the clock.
RCG's community involvement is energizing and a measurable part of our culture. We embrace the many passions people bring to RCG and enable them to focus on what drives them professionally and personally.
Support from management
The access to leadership is what sets RCG apart for me. Whenever I need feedback, insight, or advice, they make themselves available. I have never experienced that level of support from company leaders.
Inclusive / Diverse
RCG foster's a culture defined by having the best people, with the skills and determination to deliver above and beyond. And that means we must continue to recruit, retain, and develop people who are technically brilliant, insightful, and astute professionals who are also forward-thinking, confident, and globally minded.
Office / Work Environment
At RCG we firmly believe working together, ensure's that we continue to foster and sustain an open and inclusive work environment, and continuously enhance the recruiting, retention, and advancement of a diverse team of high-performing professionals.
I am of the belief that at RCG, we don't believe in building better consultants. We believe in cultivating better people.
At RCG, I believe in an alignment of my values and where I work. The client work is dynamic and challenging, but produces substantive and meaningful results.
