Micromanaged, no leadership or support,
Support from management
Owners do not value employees. High turnover internally.
Freedom to work independently
Employees work well together. Owners create a barrier and resistant to change.
Team meetings are routine and monthly leadership is the source for cross-department information.
Sure, I would say RCS is gender equal.
Attitude towards older colleagues
It's mostly a younger work-force. Professional and more seasoned workers don't last here and most resign after finding other employment.
Only 2 stars. In order to advance, you must click with the self-serving owners. Again, most skilled employees with integrity don't have the energy to deal with this. But if your will to do it, skys the limit.
Overall compensation for your work
Base pay can be comparable with market. Benefits are expensive and the plans are basic. 401K is not available until one year and match is low. Company lunches, happy hours, family outings are nice if your into that.
Office / Work Environment
Nice location and modern office. The inside culture is controlled makes it difficult. Stressful for employees to transition to if you've worked in other more flexible environments.
Sure, there is an Eco-awareness. The building is energy saving,
Sorry, this is not understood by the owners. Employees work 50-60 hours and are expected to do more. Leadership applies pressure. This is the #1 reason why most employees leave. They work you hard and nothing changes.
RCS's strives for excelling in customer service. They do well in this area; clients seem to really like them. Externally they do well.
Be afraid; Job security does not exist. Sales are poor and they terminate employees and positions are frequently eliminated.
Elevator accessible and it's easy to park.
No issues here! Safety is a non-issue.
Challenging, yes! You'll try to make management happy and over-achieve but it's not enough. There's the ability the learn and grow if you don't want any gratitude or positive reinforcement. You need to be a self-motivate and be willing to work with little direction for management.
Inclusive / Diverse
There's a outward support for diversity. However, I'm not sure I really believe it. Seen too much to convince me otherwise. Not a believer that these people have a moral compass.
Suggestions for improvement
- Staff needs more freedom. Stop monitoring hours worked, emails and micromanaging. People might stay longer!
What I like about the company

What I dislike about the company
