Suggestions for improvement
- Get new management. Get new culture and environment. Look at your competitors (there are a lot) who praise their employees and want them to thrive and advance. Try to follow the competitions example.
What I like about the company
I liked working with the clients and helping out the Autistic community with a 'hands on' position
What I dislike about the company
There was a definite "clique" of older employees who were favored as opposed to us new ones whom were to the role and company. I had a new BCBA whom didn't explain or role model well enough for me to understand exactly what she wanted. She was a poor communicator and poor at showing up to observe. RCS didn't get along with the SLP, so there was a friction when the SLP arrived. Also, if you had trouble putting in your hours into Central Reach (which I have used at 2 jobs since then without a problem) you were sent nasty threatening notes about how you did this wrong, or that wrong.. It is a simple system but they made it seem so scary to even put in your hours!
