- The character of any successful organization's culture is driven from the top. They either need to correct it or be replaced with progressive culture, experienced in dealing in a public company environment. To continue bullying senior managers with so much experience will sadly erode this company.

Since going public 2 years ago the drive towards short term profit taken to the point of commission generated from one sale associate leveraging financial influence to terminate a year manager.
