Suggestions for improvement
- I really don't see a way to improve the current state of the company. The CEO has a great head for business and also keeps the needs of her people in mind. This kind of balance is hard for a large company to maintain. I'm honestly very happy at RealSource!
What I like about the company
While a small company, RealSource is growing rapidly. The drive is on customer satisfaction and a massive factor in that equation is employee happiness. The CEO goes out of her way to make certain that all of her employees are doing well, not just personally, but also professionally. Of all the places I've worked, this one is by far the most nurturing and positive.
What I dislike about the company
The aforementioned company size makes it difficult to provide resources that a larger company can, such as insurance or retirement matching. While these are not large enough items to keep me from enjoying the job, they might present a significant challenge to those dependent upon them.
