I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Several things. The sales managers have control over the online leads and compete with the agents. The company holds commission payments for excessive weeks at a time and the agents wait to get paid. A manager opens the agents US Mail (actually takes it home with her, goes through it and brings it back). They are constantly recruiting new agents and employees without enough legitimate business to allow the agents to make a decent living. They charge the consumer a transaction fee and if the consumer refuses to pay it they just take it from the agent, I could go on and on...
