Leadership is more concerned if you ouch your button for permission to go to the bathroom than they are about supporting the sales staff and helping you advance your career.
The young, recent college graduates aged individuals thrive there.
If you are a great sales agent, you will make great money there. Some months, I made as much as $12,000 in commissions. The problem is that they change the commission structure EVERY MONTH. The bar is constantly changing making it hard to have consistent income levels from month to month.
Best place to work on the east coast for the culture. Basketball gymns, yoga rooms, cyclist rooms, 2 food courts, bowling alley, beer garden, pool tables, ping pong tables, daily prizes, etc..
Some supervisors are great and provide tangible coaching and some are young and new and don't have tangible coaching skills. Your supervisors constantly change
Colleagues are the best! Most are super fun and try to help each other with sales tactics and building morale
