Support from Management
They admit to forgetting about employees requests for support and laugh about it.
Reps are great, upper management not so much.
Any communication is counter productive since nobody is on the same page. And they like to talk down to employees.
Reps work outside all day, don't need to go to an office and deal with annoying coworkers.
It's a simple job. Management / owners makes it not so simple.
