Company culture does not contribute to work climate of fairness and trust. Company has a high percentage of turnover. Position is extremely high stress due to micromanagement.

Leadership's sole concern is micromanaging the employee in order to maximize sales. Employee will feel like he's in a fishbowl constantly being watched and monitored.
Teamwork is limited to occasional sales game designed to motivate call center employees.
