- Change leadership.
Employees try but management is poor.
Misleading information from human resources. Be honest about the job.
Definitely age discrimination and make older workers run like a 20 year old. There is no respect for maturity
Unheard or cooled and dirty. The disorganization hinders production.
No they do not provide sufficient training or a safe work environment.
