It started out being family oriented and over the years became a catty place. Managers were as much a part of the problems as well so the culture grew.
Support from Management
There was no strong leadership in middle management. Upper management had decent concepts but supervisors did not execute them correctly. They also took credit for concepts that were not theirs.
Overall great collaboration with different departments to resolve issues. But responsibility for anything wrong was on the few, and praise was rarely shared.
