Leadership needs to take a more active role in listening and working with subordinates.

Our team did not have any say in how assignments were distributed, resulting in uneven distribution of work.
Very poor work life balance. Oftentimes expected to work when sick, more than 8 hour days worked for long stretches of time.
Suggestions for improvement
- Senior management really needs to listen to their support groups and employees. Invest in team members that have a proven record of making a difference.
