Much emphasis on the new building instead of investing in the employees directly.
Support from management
A lot of turn over. With leadership leaving frequently, its difficult to access support.
Freedom to work independently
Very strict working environment. Penalties enforced if one takes too long of a break.
Often, there would be the opportunity to advance, but moving to the new position could take anywhere between 3 - 6 months since they had to fill your position before you could move.
There is limited work life balance. Often there was mandatory overtime.
Suggestions for improvement
- Senior management could benefit from looking at a servant-leadership model.
What I dislike about the company
There is a large chasm between what senior management thinks is do-able and what can actually be done. Additionally, it is a very punitive environment.
