Suggestions for improvement
- To hire more qualified employees, also to hire someone qualified to supervise the nursing staff. Offer health insurance and over time for your employees to help get a hold on the constant turnover, to reward their hard work, the person who is running the entire company there needs some health care training and some help, one person can not take on all that responsibility and expect the buildings to run smoothly.
What I like about the company
The building is very nice and all pretty much new. So the esthetic part of the work environment is nice.
What I dislike about the company
Not very well organized, the "head" nurse is an LPN with no experience in being a supervisor in my opinion. Also there is favoritism in the work place, and a lot of young kids with little to no work experience at all which puts added work and stress on the other staff. Lots of gossiping that makes you feel like your in high school all over again, even coming from "management."
