Employees are rarely complimented. Everyone has a feeling that you're management was corrupt.
Support from management
Lower-level management was adequate. Upper-level was mediocre at best.
Employees in each department worked together well. However, disputes between departments were common.
Communication was generally good from lower management to employees. However, most regular employees had no company email. Nobody but upper management knew how well the company was/wasn't doing.
