Poor. Employees have little incentive to do good work, as the company makes it difficult to do so.
Support from Management
It's all about the $$ and the micro-management from the home office is unreal.
Floor staff works together better than expected under the circumstances, likely because no one works longer than a year or so and there's always fresh people, but certainly could be better.
