Overall compensation for your work
Benefits are so expensive, employees rarely use them or have to go without coverage. Compensation does not match cost of living.
Inclusive / Diverse
The entire staff is largely comprised of the same type of person. If you aren't an attractive, mid 20's, organic food, liberal politics type you will be treated as an outcast. Diversity should truly be a goal for Regency Centers

- People from different backgrounds, of varying ages and ethnicities can only improve an already great company
What I like about the company
You truly are given ample autonomy, opportunities to learn and an invitation to suggest improvements. The work-home balance is a sound principle of Regency's employee management style and they are on the cutting edge of technologies
What I dislike about the company
The compensation and benefits need to improve. There also needs to be more diversity among the staff.
