Support from Management
Leadership is broken, when there is a problem the support from them is not there.
You don't find out until after a policy is changed that it has changed. Email is far, few and inbetween. Even my department leader finds out information from the higher ups last minute.
Dangerous, patients will cuss you, throue things at you. Upper leadership is more concerned with how patients and visitors precieve the organization than they do with the safety of their own employees.
