There's no trust or fairness. The managers will decide if they like you or not, and if they do, they'll do anything for you. If they don't, they'll tell you to kick rocks and try to figure everything out for yourself, regardless of how the customers perceive you.
Supervisors generally take credit for everything. Even if they didn't do something, they managers will say they did it anyway.
Support from Management
The management there is abysmal. They're only for "who they like" and they could care less what someone who doesn't include themselves in their cliques has to do with the company. They don't resolve issues, they create issues.
