Suggestions for improvement
- dress code more lenient
Working for Regis will give any stylist an opportunity to learn to perfect their craft as a stylist.
Too many things to list. I spent 8 years with Regis and many of which were in management.
Here are the 2 biggest problems-
*HR department is biased and unethical- the investigative process into complaints is virtually non existent. *many great employees have left because of this.
*Uneducated and under-qualified people in positions of power.
