Suggestions for improvement
- Improve Maternity leave process and procedures. Current state is there are multiple contacts across multiple departments; very confusing. I’d also love to see clear career paths among departments- requirements and expectations for employees to reach certain goals & be rewarded accordingly for meeting them. More research put into competitive pay; not only for new hires but existing employees.
What I like about the company
There is a perfect work/family life balance. Hours are typical daytime office hours, and the people are always cheerful and pleasant to be around across all departments. Vendor relationships are great, too. Onsite wellness activities are available after work or over lunch, work out classes, massage, little things available to give you a break during the day. On site lunch room access is a plus. Easy to commute to and park.
