Suggestions for improvement
- Treat all employees as equals.
Heavy workload must be jack of all trades
No chance for advancement
Over worked and under paid seriously under paid not to mention 2 hours of leave per pay period takes forever to build up time
Expected to work overtime on short notice or help cover another center but no additional pay or overtime if you work OT you get to leave early the next day not when you may need to leave
