Support from Management
No realistic goals, no training, not up-front, completely biased and lazy but get paid big bucks to change rules always and push people around.
Colleagues frequently lie to each other so as to not get in trouble. Most are lazy and don't do anything unless asked.
Level of Autonomy
Usually up until this area manager from years ago with a chip on his shoulder became my manager by default and wanted to do me in for getting his lazy manager mistress/girlfriend fired.
