Suggestions for improvement
- We have a new supervisior who is constantly stressed out and talks incessantly about her stress. It creates a negative atmosphere and the constant constant interruptions of venting complaints and stress make it hard to get work done. I am not too concerned, because she isn’t going to last long.
What I like about the company
I like my coworkers. We have a small team and work well together.
What I dislike about the company
I with some percent of retirement savings was match. Within the last six months it seems costs are being cut anywhere possible including pay offered for management positions and budget for supplies needed for patient care. It affects the quality of people hired.
