They promote not by skill but if Management likes you.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They work hard to get rid of older employees. Supervisor are instructed to give older employees work they can't do in order to terminate them.
Suggestions for improvement
- They should he equal to all employees not just the ones they like. Management can broke state law against there employees and HR dept. will back them up.
