Suggestions for improvement
- The company culture needs a complete overhaul. The president of the company needs management training.
I like about the employer
The workers are very nice.
I dislike about the employer
Being it is a family business it was impossible to move up and the president is a poor manager of people at best. In all the years I worked there reporting to the president I had never gotten a review, and the only time I received a raise was when I threatened to quit.
