Support from Management
The targets/goals given to employees just set the employee up to fail. They cannot be reached
Most employees appear to get along and are willing to help their coworkers with their workload.
Level of Autonomy
The workload is not fairly distributed. The employee turnover is so high that the remaining employees are assigned the workload from the exiting employees.
Pretty much the only communication received is by emails and then it's only negative feedback.
