Support from Management
They set unrealistic goals with a short staff. They refused to hire in people to replace those who were fired or who quit.
Level of Autonomy
Work load was not evenly distributed no real work flow on who does what cause training was not a strong point for people
It was work the hours they gave you and then work some more . .to them your job was your only life
What I dislike about the company
Supervisors and managers and higher ups act like the regular workers are nothing more then machines and do not take into consideration anything that is brought to there attention wheter it be a conflict or a idea on how to Improve work flow
