Suggestions for improvement
- Hire better people and give them the room to grow into the job. Let them work their ideas and if it doesn't pan out, it will be a learning lesson. Also, job seekers are treated very poorly at Remedy. Recruiting has become big business but many of them are so badly managed that good employees stop working with them because of the way they are treated by Remedy staff. This company needs a thorough cleaning out and starting over.
