Support from management
The decisions they make only makes our situations even worse.
There's really no such thing as teamwork at this place, even though they talk about it.
Freedom to work independently
This subject is too detailed to talk about.
Over all, this is a dead end job. The training here is poor too.
Office / Work Environment
This place refuses to get with the times.
We can apply for when we can take our vacations, but we are not really guaranteed that we'll get them. I should also mention that they violate their own policy by forcing us to take our vacation on weeks that have holidays when they clearly state that we are prohibited to do so.
Nobody likes working here. We even have a big problem of people quitting this job after a short time, especially our new employees.
They advertise for a position they say they're looking for, but when someone applies for it, they assign them something else. If it's a starting position and they do get move to where they applied for, they get moved back to their starting position after a short time.
They have nothing for the disabled.
They've gotten better, but this place still has a history of multiple OSHA violations
The work at this place is too labor intense.
Inclusive / Diverse
They take up many idea for improvement from employees but use very few of them.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change, transform, innovate

What I dislike about the company
Practically everything. If I wrote down everything that's wrong with it, I'd probably make a book out of it.
