Suggestions for improvement
- Look to what built Remington and stick to those values. Quality products, and a family of employees. Company has changed since Cerberus took over and not for the better. Quality and support have been neglected and profits are beginning to reflect the "cuts" in these areas.

No stability. Financial situation troubled, frequent re-org(s), layoffs, no clear strategic plan, reactive rather than proactive executive leadership. Silo'd organization with poor cross organizational communication
