NO. Ethics are not good. Nepotism, and inappropriate relationships between Supervisors & Employees.
Support from management
If you are willing to "kiss ++++" you'll do well.
Have been told how well the company is doing however, benefits don't show it.
Two African American women, in their forties, were let go when the company turned over. Management was vocal regarding not liking them.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Let go of 3 women over 50 years old in the last 2 years.
Overall compensation for your work
Had great benefits when it was known as ADDS, then new management took over and benefits went away.
Depends who you are to the Supervisors.
Not at all however, many are fearful of losing their job if say anything.
They use the term "Budget Cuts" when getting rid of staff they don't care for.
What disabled employees?
Director allowed "teenage patients" to go on roof to clean off snow during storm.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change management. Most employees are good to work with.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Management. They like to "have something over employees" so that the employee "owes" management. This specifically goes for some employees with poor work ethics.
