Suggestions for improvement
- I would personally train for an hour each employee how our standards and service should be with their immediate feedback. I would enroll employees to attend financial training so they are bettered prepared managing their finances. Thus they are able to focus on work 100 percent. I would evaluate stocking procedures to lower overhead and record processing habits to have an overall understanding of the hotels procedures. I would have send mandatory couseling for ill tempered employees so they can have a problem solving attitude instead of a complainer. I would have a coach and counseling for ill tempered guest by giving free wellness checks so that we can accommodate their needs. I would have structured management and front line employees as equals to further dialogue between them to solve more issues.
What I like about the company
Meet some of the most incredible and sincerest people. We have fun if everybody is on the same page for goal setting. The environment is healthy to those acheiving better financial status into your ideal dream. The restaurant is family oriented and support each other if a problem occurs. We all keep pushing our selves to the level. We believe in consistency and leadership and it all starts with us always remaining positive while facing situations to give the best possible experience to ourselves and our guests.
I was recently on medical leave because of a benign tumor I wanted to take out interfering with my health. Management was on my side and put in more days than I expected not knowing how risky and invasive the procedure was. Human resources retaliated and management had thought of a back up plan to protect my employment sick hours and paid time off. Business in the hotel sector is changing as one hotels pay moves up every other hotel who wishs to stay competitive will raise their hourly rates.
The kitchen staff if helpful with organizing, execution, and presentation of food orders to impress our guess. They are hard working and paitent with special request and understands dietary restrictions. We are also changing our menu which will also be exciting contributing to overall guest experience.
When we lose our loved ones they are their to consol us and allow us to take the time off to mourn. Front line workers that interact with guests are the one who make an effort to organize with each other about a cause or a person to pray for in their times of need. Renaissance Hotel at the Los Angeles Airport is a memorable environment where even the General Manager is Accessible to talk to both employee and guests.
The restaurant is now brand as Studio 12 a restaurant that strives to focus on building a live musician envirnoment to set the mood and encourage positivity and welcoming environment. Great things ahead highly reccomend those who are hard and smart working
