They frown upon any findings or negative remarks upon other staff members and avoid if it at possible review of any inappropriate behavior.
Not exactly. They offer training but definitely discouraged the absence at your store.

They do not give raises as often as they should. They allow the store managers to break company policy and do not offer much support when needed.
