Today, more than one million customers rely on the brand-name products and services Rent-A-Center provides. Rent-A-Center owns and operates more than 3,000 stores in 50 states, Washington, D.C., Canada, and Puerto Rico; there are also more than 200 franchise locations. We also have several other companies under our umbrella: AcceptanceNOW, National Product Services, Get It Now!, and Home Choice. AcceptanceNOW partners with retailers nationwide to offer them a new way to serve their customers and drive their revenue. Through our lease purchase program we give our clients a competitive edge while giving their customers the opportunity to shop where they want and get what they want without having to settle. Our corporate headquarters are located in Plano, Texas. Rent-A-Center is laser-focused on new business initiatives and innovation that will improve our ability to serve our customers and drive our company’s success.

  • I suggest that the company find a way to make there employee a little happyer and stop stressing there management

  • To stop acting like people are not human and at times errors doesn't happen. Treat people as you would to be treated stop going into private meeting room talking about your employees. Appreciate the work that your employee put out. Smile and let them know great job. Stop threatening their job.Offer help if needed. Stop making your employee look like liars. Confess your wrongdoings. Admit that you could be wrong at times. Stop making your employees feel unwanted. There is a lot in the company that needs to change in order for it to be a more better environment the management team is the worst managers I have ever experienced and the whole 16 years that I was there please help that company.
