It fluctuated in the year and a half I worked there. We had 2 changes in district management and 1 change in regional management and the overall feel of the company depends strictly on regional and district management.
This I am on the fence about. It just depends on the management. Some are great others not so much.
It is what you make it within the 4 walls of your store location. The customer service reps, sales assistants, and sales managers are your team.
There's been quite a few. There's plenty of opportunities to grow, both in the business and personally. On top of that there is a decent employee purchase program and chances to win free stuff
The rate scale. People are paying too much a week for some items
