Suggestions for improvement
- Reward the hourly coworkers more. They are the back bone and face of the company so they should feel like they are doing good in their line of work and receive praise when they have devoted so much of their time to the company, but receive no bonuses, as where the store manager reaps all the benefits of the hourly co-workers toil. Long hours and terrible work life balance.
I like about the employer
I like being able to help those that need merchandise, but lack the credit requirements to get it as well as the relationships between certain customers and also the loyalty of the hourly co-workers.
