Support from management
They talk big, but they don't stand behind what they say
Freedom to work independently
Had no say in what you got, if you made any kind of comments regarding this they would strike back at you, all I could do is take it and bare it.
It depended on who was doing the communication, lack in that area too
I would say they responded in this area.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Again depended on who you were... I was not.
The advancement didn't come with higher pay... I chose not to cause I say what happened to other co-workers.
Overall compensation for your work
Not at all, they will pay as low as they can. I begged for my raise after a year. Never had a raise after that, no health benefits, only 1 week vacation, that also was your sick time or holiday if you weren't there long enough.
Office / Work Environment
They had their favorites, if you needed a better chair, had to wait to see if in a good mood to ask

They say they care, but if you wanted to take a day off you better have a good reason... Money money

What I like about the company
I made a lot of friends, enjoyed most of the people I worked with, and clients. Learned a lot about collections, gave me more experience. Loved their phone system.
What I dislike about the company
They said open door policy, there wasn't any, had their favorites, you thought they like you then you find out later they were just nice to your face.
