Support from management
Current management has no idea how to run an airline
Communication within your own base is fine but anything higher up is horrible
Overall compensation for your work
It's a regional Airline so pay isn't great but you can fly for pretty much all the Mainline Airlines
I was working there when they merge with Midwest Express and Frontier the company had no idea how to run the airline and sold Frontier. If they had better management team they could have had one great Airline.
The company itself is in bankruptcy and they closed the lot of bases they are not as big as they used to be and only want to use one type of aircraft E175 so that is going to limit the airlines if they want to use them they did not get the contract for Alaska Airlines that wanted 175s so that should tell you something.
As far as working it is as safe as it can be. They do not really keep up the facility though and it has major leaks in the roof and some of the stairways are enclosed and the walls are full of mold and it has been like this for years so if you have to go up and down the stairs you try to to it without breathing in all the mold black mold all over the walls is pretty disgusting.
