The over work the employees and are not considerate to people's lives. They train associates by another employee in the store and they aren't always accurate of the procedures.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire associates with a permanent schedule so that they can have a life outside of work for their families. Give more training not just teller and platform training to open accounts. They should improve R-space by teaching step by step procedure to associates instead of calling or asking for help. It would help make sure everyone is being consistent and accurate.
