Customer Service Manager assigns supervisory tasks that she doesn't understand to a customer service representative due to her inexperience.
Little to no inter-depatmental communication exists.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Tenured employees aren't appreciated due to newer supervisors constantly changing processes and hiring their inexperienced friends.
Suggestions for improvement
- Customer service manager should be able to do the job of customer service representative in order to know and understand what challenges we face on daily basis.
