The culture is very sickly sweet, pretending to be all about the employees while continually screwing you over on pay, scheduling, and management.

I wish I could give negative stars here. The management are jokes who have never actually been on calls and therefore have no idea what they are talking about. You will get zero help.
It’s alright. Your fellow call center agents are nice but do not expect management to follow through on their teamwork promises.
