Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the management in Tampa and you will have less turnover.
Although the Company Culture appears good, you must look deep into how it run.
Just because I am a former employee doesn't mean I writing this in vain. I was not offered any guidance from my HR, GM, Area Director of Operations, nor the Area Manager HR. The leadership not only in Seattle, the main office in Kent as well leave much to consider also when working here. The GM is good friends with the Maintenance Manager and HR and does not and will not even consider assisting anyone lower than manager.
