Suggestions for improvement
- Take into account the nature of the majority of calls received at call centers (the majority of these calls are not pleasant). accept that employees may need extra time upon ending the call to "recover", regroup or regain their composure before proceeding to the next call
What I like about the company
Benefits and wages were fair
What I dislike about the company
The manner in which the productivity is "graded" does not allow concessions for the level of stress that is endured while performing job duties. Necessary and adequate time to "recover" from a particular stressful event is not awarded.
